These associates are predominantly accredited executive associates who have obtained their accreditation with the Institute for Independent Business, a non-profit international accreditation body for senior executives from all types of businesses imaginable. Our associates are matured business executives who have held senior management positions in companies for a number of years, most of whom were CEO's and/or business owners themselves. Through our accreditation from the Institute and relationship with its 3,000-plus accredited executive associates in 18 countries, we provide a vast network of global resources, information services and various expertise normally only available to chief executives of Fortune 500 companies.

The way we work is to visit business owners for a free, up to 2-hour scheduled in-person consultation to discuss future plans, challenges, and specific issues that the business might be facing.

It is analogous to a "wellness visit" for a business check-up, or a "doctor's house call" if specific issues exist, all free of charge to the businesses.

Normally, at the end of the free visit, we should be able to give tips and advice, and point to the direction of solutions that can be of help to the business owners.

However, at the option of the business owners, further practical help beyond our free service could be obtained in a fee-for-service manner, under a program we can devise to suit the business’s circumstances and needs.
